We here at Inspiration Furniture would like to congratulate the extremely talented builders at Tavan Luxury Homes on winning several HAVAN’s (Vancouver Homebuilders Association) Awards for Housing and Excellence 2024.
The builder took home the Best Kitchen Renovation: $175,000 and over, Best Character Home Renovation and Best Renovation: $1.5 Million and Over Awards for its incredible Shaughnessy Renaissance project, alongside winning four other awards.
With seven wins out of nine nominations, Tavan was named Grand HAVAN Residential Renovator of the Year.
These awards demonstrate the continued success of Tavan’s design ethos which has served the builder well in its over 50 years of excellence, with its ethos being to design and build homes that offer form and function while also embodying the history and personality of the project’s neighborhood.
This ethos is obvious in the project as the renovation has brought the home up to the standards of modern living and design while still retaining the charm and classical architecture of Shaughnessy where it resides.
Particularly exciting is that this incredible project was furnished entirely by Inspiration Furniture’s expert interior design team, who lent their time and talents to this now award-winning project.
